Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a convenient location near the train station Villeneuve, right on the shore of Lake Geneva, with a fantastic view from the room. The rooms, while basic and a bit small, are clean, but noise from traffic and nearby restaurants can be bothersome at times. The service is a mix of rudeness during check-in but becomes very helpful despite mostly speaking French. The dining experience is considered average, not up to Swiss standards for the price range but offers fresh and good quality food. Overall, it's a decent choice for a stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is perfectly situated facing Lake Geneva, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms had a weird smell initially and were quite basic; however, the location right on the lake front compensates for any shortcomings. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional, failing to meet typical Swiss standards given the price range.
